Booking

Bookings can be made using the form below or via our Facebook page 

Once we receive your booking request, we will contact you to confirm your chosen date & time are free. If we are already booked on your date/time, we will do our best to offer you another date. 

If it is free, we will 'hold' your chosen date for 5 working days (or until we have conducted a site visit) during which time the deposit of £45 must be paid to fully secure that date. Should the deposit not be received within this time frame, the date will be deemed to be 'free' and available for others to book. Please use the 'Buy now' button below to pay your deposit by Paypal.

Please note that we are not able to fully secure your booking until a deposit has been received and we have conducted a site visit and risk assessment of your intended venue.

We will send an email, or Facebook private message, confirming your event booking (subject to a satisfactory site visit and/or risk assessment) upon receipt of the deposit and completed booking form. Payment of the balance must be made 1 week prior to the party/event by bank transfer, Paypal or cash. 

If you are booking on behalf of a business e.g. Care Home, Nursing Home, Hospice, there is no need to pay a deposit as an invoice will be provided prior to, or on the day of, the visit.
